The Wagner family has always been in the maple syrup business. I would help my father as a little boy cooking sap to make syrup. When I grew older, I knew making maple syrup was what I wanted to do for a living.
In 1985 Wagner's Sugar Hill was established. I started with one sugar camp, cooking for 1,000 taps. we now have 3 sugar camps and are cooking for over 85,000 taps. We are now producing over 20,000 gallons of pure maple syrup each year. Wagner's Sugar Hill is the largest pure maple syrup producer in Wisconsin and is in the top ten in the United States. Wagner's Sugar Hill is award winning and Kosher certified. We bottle in plastic and glass containers, in various sizes.
